We no longer ship dogs. We feel that shipping puppies is not a humane way to transport them to their new family.

Your pup has:

At this time the general health of your pup is excellent.  If your puppy is found to be dysplastic or suffering from an inherited eye defect, the breeder will replace it with a puppy of equal breeding. This is after the return of the dog and it's papers or proof that the dog has been put to sleep has been provided to us.  Please notify us in advance if you plan to euthanize the dog. In some cases we can find a suitable home for the dog with another loving family.

We will select a replacement pup from one of our future breedings of equal value. This guarantee is good for 24 months.

Because your new pup will become an important member of your family, it is not necessary to return the dog or destroy it to collect on this agreement.  Should you discover and confirm a problem but want to keep the dog,  we will,  upon proof of dysplasia or eye defect, refund one-half of the original purchase price of the dog. The defective male/female dog must be neutered/spayed at your expense and proof of the same must be provided to us.

The O.F.A. shall be the sole judge regarding hip dysplasia and the Canine Eye Registration Foundation ( CERF) shall be the sole judge regarding eye defects.

It is understood that the above warranties are expressly regarding congenital, hereditary defects and any physical injury to the dog voids this guarantee. Also, no dog will be replaced if bred or transferred.
